Please allow up to two business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Our customer service team and warehouse operate from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. Please note we are closed on weekends and holidays. Transit time does not include processing time. Orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail, depending on the package weight or the customer’s choice during checkout. Orders weighing less than 1 lb. may be shipped using either method, and the shipping method for free shipping orders is determined at the warehouse's discretion. Domestic orders typically arrive within three business days of being dispatched. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

We offer Curbside Pickup at the FTL UTD training facility as a delivery method for online orders. Pickup orders are usually ready in 1 business day. Note: we'll email you when your order is ready for pickup. Please do not come before then.

Our regular pickup hours are 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, at 7601 SW 39th St, Davie, FL 33328. We are closed on weekends and holidays.

Orders must be picked up within 14 days of receiving confirmation that the order is ready for pickup.

Once you receive an email that your order is ready for pickup, please follow the guidelines below:

  • Have your Order Number and ID ready when you arrive.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes once it reaches your country. We cannot estimate these charges and they are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information on these fees.

Online orders can be returned for a refund (less shipping) within 30 days of receiving the order. Returned items must be in unworn condition, unwashed, with original tags attached.

Returns must be shipped back to us. In-person returns or exchanges at our warehouse pickup location are not available, unless otherwise communicated through email.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will send you a replacement and include a prepaid shipping label for you to return the damaged or defective item.

If you did not receive the product or size you ordered, please contact us at merchandise@ftlutd.com with your order number, and we will send you the correct item along with a prepaid shipping label to return the unwanted item. If you received the correct item but need a different size, please email us for a return authorization (RMA #) within 30 days of receiving your order. Ship the item back to us with the RMA # clearly noted.

Exchanges must be shipped back to us. In-person returns or exchanges at our warehouse pickup location are not available, unless otherwise communicated through email.

Purchases made from Nov 24, 2023, through Dec 15, 2023, have an extended return and exchange period until January 15th. Orders placed outside this window follow our standard return and exchange policy of 30 days from receipt.

Sale items are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged unless defective.

We do not offer price matching for our products. We cannot refund price differences or apply discount codes to previous orders placed before a sale.
